Quercia Verde 
“QUERCIA VERDE” is the only wine vinegar-based of the comapny. It is, as all our products, without any thickener, colorants, anti-fermentatives or antioxidant. The first ingredients is wine vinegar (about 55%) and then our cooked grape must. Available in 250 and 500 ml format.
How to taste it in our daily cooking: ideal for whom prefer a strong sour taste, usually used on salad or cookings.
Ingredients: wine vinegar, cooked Lambrusco grape must. It doesn’t contain colorant, preservatives or thickeners.
