An exceptionally dense condiment made using must from the latest harvest of Lambrusco Ancellotta and Spergola grapes. It has a pronounced sweetness and an intense, glossy character, with notes of fig and plum.
Available formats: 100 ml Riviera bottle and 250 ml Diana Tonda bottle with drip-free pouring stopper. Also available in a 3 L pouch-up or a 3 L or 5 L food-grade jerrycan.

Organoleptic Characteristics Specifications
Clear and glossy, with a deep brown colour. Persistent, sweet aromas. Distinctly sweet on the palate. Density: 1.34; acidity: 4%.
