The freshest and most assertive expression of the Quercia range, with a higher proportion of wine vinegar. An everyday balsamic with a fluid texture and straightforward character, suitable both for dressing dishes just before serving and for cooking.
Available formats: 100 ml Riviera bottle or 250 ml Centolio bottle with pouring stopper. Also available in bulk in a 3 L pouch-up or a 3 L or 5 L food-grade jerrycan.
