Castelli White Wine Vinegar
Ideal for vinaigrettes, preserves, fish and white-meat marinades, salads and vegetables.
Made from Spergola and Trebbiano grapes, this white wine vinegar is designed for professional kitchens and everyday use. With an acidity of approximately 7.5%, it adds a clean, clearly defined acidic note to cold preparations and marinades.
Available formats: 250 ml clear-glass Dorica bottle with screw cap or 500 ml Primula bottle with silicone pouring stopper. Also available in a 3 L pouch-up or a 3 L or 5 L food-grade jerrycan.
Organoleptic Characteristics Specifications
Clear, straw-yellow colour. Fresh, vinous aroma. Tart, lively and straightforward flavour, with a touch of softness from maturation in oak. Acidity: 7.5%.
